Tanaya is a litigation lawyer with extensive experience in civil and commercial disputes, encompassing both domestic and international arbitrations, as well as intellectual property litigation and insolvency matters.
She regularly appears before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Gujarat High Court, District and Commercial Courts in Gujarat, the National Company Law Tribunal and its Appellate Tribunal, and the National Green Tribunal.
Prior to co-founding Evolve Legal, Tanaya practiced at Bharucha & Partners in Mumbai and trained under Senior Advocate Mihir H. Joshi and Advocate Megha Jani in Ahmedabad.
